Mr. Wilson has been preparing taxes professionally since 1987 and independently since 1989. Specializing in Personal Financial Planning, Rhodes is an expert at developing multi year planning scenarios to reduce the tax consequences of the Alternate Minimum Tax (AMT) and in dealing with the tax issues of Employee Stock Options (ISOs and NQs).

Prior to beginning his accounting career, Mr. Wilson served 7 years on active duty in the Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy. He continued his military service in the South Dakota and New Jersey National Guard from which he retired in 1994.

In addition to his BS from West Point, Mr. Wilson has a MBA from the University of South Dakota , is an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the IRS and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner.

Mike has been preparing tax returns since 1983.  His expertise is Personal and Small Business Accounting and Tax Preparation. Mr. Surden joined A. Rhodes Wilson & Associates, Inc. in 2002 and assumed the position of Director of Tax Preparation in 2007. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Surden ran his own business for nineteen years.  Prior to that he had eleven years experience in manufacturing accounting for several large corporations.

Mike has a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and as an Enrolled Agent (EA) is licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Ms. Naudascher has been with the Firm since 1993, starting out as an intern and working her way up to Bookkeeper and Office Manager.  Jennifer is an expert on Small Business Accounting, Payroll and Sales Tax Preparation where her organizational skills and attention to detail enable her to  provide excellent to every client.

Ms. Naudascher graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA with a BS in Accounting.
